About1) Occasional (non regular) bookings must be made on a Booking Application Form obtainable below or from the Bookings Secretary. A deposit must be paid before the booking is secured as firm - Regular and Provisional bookings can be made by telephone on 01264 738158 or email [email protected] .
2) Kitchen/Bar charge: the kitchen/bar area is included in the hire charge where it is only required for making drinks (tea, coffee, squash etc)
3) Tables and chairs are included in the hire charges - Crockery and Cutlery is available on request 4) A comprehensive Sound System for use within the Village Centre is available by special arrangement (charges apply) The period booked normally applies to the time the keys are collected until the time they are returned, unless special arrangements are made Local rates: apply when hirers live locally within the parish of St Mary Bourne and / or the majority of those attending are locals from within the parish - local rates do not apply to commercial activities or external organisations Special rates for regular uses: apply to hirers who book Village Centre facilities on a regular basis which, for example, is regarded as every day for a week, every week for a month, or more than six times in a year, if booked in advance Minimum charge: TWO HOURS PER SESSION AT THE APPROPRIATE RATE To book: call Miss Angela Cook on tel: 01264 738158 or email: [email protected] Key collection: collect keys as instructed from Diplands Cottage, near the War Memorial Spaces for Hire

Capacity: 20 seated or 40 to 50 standing. Club Room
The Club Room is currently not available for hire.

Hire Charges
The hire charges below are as authorised by the Trustees and the Committee of Management and will apply to all hirers from 1st April 2023. Any potential hirer should be clear as to the rate being charged before entering into any booking agreement. Clarification, if required, should be obtained from the Bookings Secretary, see details below.
